The house: An older Denver-area home, opened up in a full gut remodel. It had been heated by its original radiators.
The design: Tubing went into low-profile radiant panels laid over the subfloor. Each loop runs back to a manifold cabinet with a zone actuator on every circuit.
The plant: The heating plant was replaced with a new high-efficiency boiler and an indirect water heater.
Proof: Every loop was pressure-tested before the floors were covered.
