Condo Plaza Deck Snowmelt

The site: The plaza deck and walkways of a Denver-area condominium building. The loops: PEX tubing was laid in tight loops over the deck, fed from manifold vaults recessed into the deck with copper headers. The header wall: Supply and return lines run back to a header wall in the parking garage, where every circuit has its own isolation valve and label. A dedicated circulator moves the heated fluid out to the deck. Proof: The tubing was pressure-tested before the deck was covered.
